Patchwork Infinity Scarf

The scarf is made of five antique silk kimono fabrics, lined with a cotton hundred parcel fabric and a stretchy fabric with a pleasant feel. The kimono fabrics are 50-30 years old girls' kimonos, some with a tie and special weaving techniques. Kimono fabrics have regional characteristics and are in vogue at different times.

I have sewn scarves for modern everyday use from fabrics from different periods and regions.

The cotton lining is soft to the touch without being prickly and can be used warmly in winter.
