I designed a scarf that blends 15 to 20 fabrics thoughtfully selected across eras and countries, drawing on the color palette of traditional Japanese kimono fabrics. The materials come from diverse origins, including kimono textiles dating from 60 to 20 years ago, as well as French natural cotton and PortugueseWe designed a scarf using 15 to 20 carefully selected fabrics from across eras and nations, drawing on the color palette of traditional Japanese kimon vintage cotton, among others. These foreign fabrics seem to be drawn toward one another and then unite into a single harmonious piece.
Natural colorsos. Each material comes from diverse origins—from kimono fabrics dating from 60 to 20 years ago to French natural cotton and Portuguese vintage cotton—yet they blend as if drawn together by some unseen force, sublimating into a single harmonious piece.
The natural colors found in the world evoke the found in the world evoke Japan’s long tradition of coexisting with nature, bringing a sense of calm and relaxing the mind.

From the chance meetings of of these fabrics, a scarf is born these fabrics and slowly nurtured over time. Through, a world is woven this. We process, I hope to bring it to hope to you. grow and nurture one scarf over a long time, and to deliver it to you through that process.
